Job Description

A reputable Law Firm based in Heliopolis is seeking a talented and dedicated Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about legal research, corporate law, and client representation, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  1. Contracts Drafting and Review:
    • Draft, review, and revise corporate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  2. Legal Research:
    • Conduct in-depth research across various legal references, including online platforms, legal books, and court awards, to provide comprehensive solutions to client inquiries.
  3. Client Representation:
    • Attend meetings with prestigious clients, present corporate files, and provide professional advice tailored to their needs.
  4. Firm Methodology:
    • Undergo training to adopt and implement the specific methodology and processes used by the firm.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  1. Experience:
    • 2–3 years of corporate law practice.
  2. Expertise in Legal Research:
    • Strong ability to explore legal resources and case laws to address complex queries effectively.
  3. Language Proficiency:
    • Excellent command of English (minimum “Very Good”).
  4. Professional Presentation:
    • Extremely presentable with excellent interpersonal skills to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
  5. Location:
    • Preferably residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas.
  6. Flexibility and Learning:
    • Willingness to learn and apply the firm’s unique legal methodology.
