Corporate Sales Representative – Call Center Outsourcing Solutions

As a Corporate Sales Representative specializing in Call Center Outsourcing Solutions, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by effectively communicating the value proposition of our call center services to corporations and companies seeking comprehensive support for their customer service operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-lasting partnerships with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in need of call center support services. Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with decision-makers.

Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights and recommendations to optimize their customer service operations.

Presentation and Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the benefits and ROI of our call center outsourcing solutions. Clearly outline service offerings, pricing structures, and implementation timelines to prospects during meetings and presentations.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, department heads, and procurement professionals. Maintain regular communication to foster trust and demonstrate our commitment to meeting their needs.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients. Address any concerns or objections raised during the sales process and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. Coordinate with our operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for their call center needs. Proactively address any issues or challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the outsourcing or customer service industry.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and technology, including CRM systems and telephony platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level executives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
