Job Description

A leading startup home healthcare company based in Riyadh, providing a range of services including physicians, nurses, and physiotherapists to clients of all ages is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to their clients in the comfort of their homes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter. The candidate should have a deep understanding of web design principles and be able to deploy effective landing pages that drive conversions.

The role requires tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to ensure the success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Design and deploy effective landing pages to drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards.
  • Use web analytics tools to track conversion rates and user behavior.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and innovations.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Candidates must provide examples of successful digital marketing campaigns they have managed.
