Job Description

A reputable Law Firm based in Heliopolis is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer. This is a full-time on-site role and the Senior Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for providing detailed legal advice, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and advising on legal issues. They will work closely with internal and external legal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to travel and attend hearings in different governorates.
  • Ability to draft legal memos, pleadings, legal documents, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
  • Law, Legal Issues, and Legal Advice skills.
  • Court representation and Negotiation skills.
  • Providing clients with regular updates and progress reports on cases.
  • Experience in handling complex legal cases and disputes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in Litigation.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal in Arabic and English is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
