Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Jack of All Trades (People Operations and Administrative Manager). In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and handling various aspects of employee relations and organizational logistics.

Responsibilities

Labor Regulations and Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Social Insurance and Tax Management: Manage social insurance processes, interact with tax authorities, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain employee records.

Banking and Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with banking institutions and vendors, ensuring smooth financial transactions and effective vendor management.

Coordination with Accountants: Collaborate with external accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Administrative Support: Oversee office operations, manage supplies and equipment, and support various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
