We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between our internal teams, developers, and clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping projects on track, ensuring that milestones are met, and acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between developers, internal teams, and clients to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication.
  • Project Coordination: Organize and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deadlines to ensure that all objectives are met within specified timelines.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, deliverables, and progress reports.
  • Task Management: Coordinate with team leads and developers to ensure tasks are completed on time, and provide updates to all stakeholders on project status.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project risks and issues, work with teams to resolve them, and communicate potential delays or changes to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for internal and client review, including performance metrics and deliverables achieved.
  • Support Development Teams: Ensure developers have the necessary resources, tools, and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
