As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to find top talent using innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. You will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts and contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create effective talent acquisition strategies for a wide range of roles.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media recruiting, job boards, networking, and referral programs, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates, leveraging multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and new tools to enhance Profolio’s talent acquisition process and improve overall hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure all hires align with Profolio’s values and culture, contributing to a positive and engaged workforce.
  • Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering a premium candidate experience.
  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Profolio’s visibility in the talent market.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role, with a track record of success in sourcing and filling various positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to select the best sourcing methods for different types of roles.
  • Creative in using sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to achieve hiring goals.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
