Profolio is a leading People operations outsourcing and business process services provider, specializing in helping global companies expand and optimize their operations in Egypt. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including talent acquisition, business process outsourcing (BPO), and human capital management. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract global companies looking to expand into Egypt.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions through Profolio’s services.
  • Present Profolio’s full range of offerings, including business process outsourcing, recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll outsourcing, and other HR solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and deal progress in the company’s CRM system.
  • Represent Profolio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company’s services.

 

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role in the outsourcing, BPO, or HR solutions industry.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and offer solutions that add value to their business.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Experience in business development within the MENA region or familiarity with the Egyptian market is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
