Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Recruitment Intern to join our team.

As a junior technical recruitment intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the technology industry. You will work closely with our recruitment team to support the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical talent. This internship will provide valuable insight into the recruitment process and an understanding of the tech industry’s talent needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in human resources and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and interest in technical roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruitment team in maintaining applicant tracking systems and organizing candidate data
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, and updating recruitment materials
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and procedures through active participation and feedback

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Enrolled in/Freshly Graduated with a human resources, business administration, or related degree
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
