Profolio is looking for a highly driven Demand Generation Specialist who can build demand from scratch and directly contribute to revenue growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role focused on ads, impressions, or agency coordination. Instead, the role is centered on pipeline creation, outbound execution, relationship building, and deal acceleration.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can work with limited resources, and is motivated by measurable business impact and revenue results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop qualified sales pipeline from scratch
  • Identify and engage with relevant decision-makers in target companies
  • Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.)
  • Convert outbound efforts into qualified meetings and real opportunities
  • Move prospects through the funnel and support deal progression
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to define ideal customer profiles and outreach strategy
  • Test and optimize messaging, channels, and targeting approaches
  • Track pipeline performance and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Focus on revenue contribution and measurable growth outcomes

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Proven 4+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound sales, or pipeline building or a similar role
  • Strong background in B2B environments (preferably services, HR Tech, SaaS, or outsourcing)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified opportunities independently
  • Experience working in lean teams or startup environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and revenue impact
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and execute quickly
