Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of UI/UX design, working independently without a team.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications from scratch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate directly with product managers and developers to understand business goals and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Maintain and develop design systems and guidelines for consistency.
  • Optimize and iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a product-based company.
  • Proven experience working solo on a product from scratch, handling the entire UI/UX process independently.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
